Druze villages

Around the village

A walk around Abu Sinan and its environs ensures a breathtaking mixture of age-old bucolic tranquility and the awe-inspiring vistas visible from the mountain tops of the Western Galilee. Tradition reveals itself as you wander among the old stone houses and secret alleyways, with the powerful mountains of the Galilee, the Coastal Plain and the Mediterranean Sea clearly visible from every spot. Those interested in a walking excursion coupled with a spot of shopping are advised to either start or finish their course at the Abu Sinan commercial park at the village's southeastern corner, adjacent to the commercial area of the nearby village of Yirka. The Abu Sinan commercial area measures 10 acres in size and is approached by a comfor table, 40-feet wide road. The area is approached from the western entrance to the village, via Route 70 and the main Abu Sinan Road, or the road connecting the Abu Sinan and Yirka industrial parks. This allows easy vehicle access and significantly reduces travel time between the two shopping spots.
